No. We coordinate. Bangkok Hospital Phuket and its licensed physicians provide all clinical care. We do not diagnose, treat, advise clinically, or supervise care in any way.

With the hospital, in their secure system, under their privacy obligations. You upload records directly to them through their portal. We track status only — Requested, Submitted, Received, Reviewed or Outstanding — and never hold your records.

It varies by carrier and plan. We provide documentation guidance so you can submit for reimbursement, and some services may be reimbursable. We cannot guarantee coverage or file claims on your behalf.

Yes. Associations, corporate executive teams and extended families are a core part of what we do. One organizer works with one coordinator, with either a single invoice or per-participant payment.

Deposits secure hospital appointments and accommodations, and terms vary by season and by vendor. Your full cancellation and refund terms are set out in your proposal before you sign anything.

At least three to four weeks ahead. Specialist appointments and premium accommodations are the limiting factors, and executive assessments in particular need lead time.
